Asked if it was possible to have someone come out Saturday ... reply was ‘Yes, between 9:00 and 11:00.’ John arrived at about 9:45 and checked my A/C and determined the problem was the unit needed Freon. “I contacted Ralph's previously when I was in a bind with a non-working oven that needed to be up and running within a couple days. They came out (Gavin) and not only got the parts needed, fixed the problem and got me back up and running within the time frame needed. Second issue was with my A/C units. First hot day of the year and both my units went down. Mind you this is on a Saturday, very busy. Once again John came out and got me back up and running in an hour's time. Pricing is very fair. They will have all of my business and I have referred them to a GM who runs a huge restaurant and they will begin using Ralph's after their current contract ends. “Gavin Vasquez of Ralph's Appliance Services called before coming within the allotted appointment time (12pm - 2pm). He said he'd arrive at 12:30pm, and brought his wife along who works in the office but didn't mention she was coming (not a big deal, but not professional). Gavin chipped away the iceberg at the bottom of my side-by-side refrigerator's freezer section. He was as clean as possible with the mess, answered questions while I hovered in the background with his wife watching him work, and acted very professionally. His heater solution for my freezer drain clog was relatively cheap, and the whole experience cost me $125, which, after the $90 service charge, means it was a $35 fix. It was nice to be able to pay by credit card instead of having to write a check, too.” - Byron S.

“Brought part I thought was bad to Ralph, and he tested the part and it was good. The problem was another part attached to the part I brought in for my dryer. I not only saved time, but I didn't have to spend $86 on a part that was good. Ralph took off the bad part and installed the new one, and I was out on my way home for $30. I installed the part and the dryer is working great. I would recommend my friends to call Ralph whether it was for parts or service. I'm very satisfied!!!"
